7.1. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on our labour on all electrical work provided.
7.2. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, alterations by others, or circumstances outside Melbourne Voltage’s control, i.e faulty products provided by manufacturers.
8.1. Melbourne Voltage will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to, loss of business, revenue, or data.
8.2. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8.3. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and adequate access to the property to complete the work.
